jlm – 5 stars on Amazon – I’m not sure a book exists that could make me feel good about death. However, Tomorrow comes: An Emma story, gave me a whole new way of viewing “After” life. This is a book about grief and hope. About a family struggling to be a family again after a bright light is suddenly taken from their daily lives. This is a true story about the death of a 19 year-old girl who went to sleep and never woke up. The fact that her mother was able to write this is amazing. Donna Mebane did a fabulous job bringing this story to life. She shows the real Emma. The girl who did a lot of living in her short 19 years of life. She is very candid in describing her pain and how she attempts to process her pain after Emma is gone. Have the Kleenex ready! You will cry at the sadness of it all, but you will also laugh out loud at the Emma stories. A must read for all!
